Service Description

Focus massage concentrates on a specific issue that may be causing tension, pain or inflammation. This targeted massage may consist of deep tissue, stretching and swedish techniques to help increase circulation, promote detox and immunity support to the area of concern. Communication and feedback from the client on referral tension or pain during the bodywork session is beneficial in helping the therapist know if there is another area that may be causing your tension and/or pain.
